Privacy Policy

Effective 12 July 2026

This policy explains the data involved when you use Talky’s content-analysis and voice-conversation service.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure page categories, referring website and browser/device information. Google also receives your IP address. We do not send form contents, account identifiers, conversation content, private IDs or URL query values. No cross-domain tracking or advertising personalisation is enabled. Analytics stays off until you allow it. Use Analytics settings at the bottom of any page to withdraw; this stops future measurement and clears GA cookies, but cannot recall data already sent. We remember your choice and set analytics cookies for up to six months.

What we collect

Account details from Google sign-in; URLs you submit; conversation audio, transcripts, and session metadata; and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To authenticate you, analyse submitted content, run the voice conversation, preserve session history where enabled, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.

Service providers

Talky relies on Firebase and Google Cloud, LiveKit, and configured speech and AI providers. Data needed to provide a feature is sent to those providers and handled under their terms.

Retention

We retain account and conversation data only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet security and legal obligations, or until an applicable deletion request is completed.

Your choices

You may stop a conversation at any time and request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by contacting us. Do not submit confidential URLs or information you do not want processed by AI providers.

Security

We use transport encryption and access controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected security issues promptly.
